いつも楽しく拝聴しています。
これまで戦争の歴史にはあまり興味を持てなかった（避けていた）のですが、コテンラジオを聴くようになって、まるでドキュメンタリーを見ているように時代背景が理解でき、それぞれの人物に物語があることを知り、戦争の歴史にも興味を持つようになりました。
深井さんの整理された解説のおかげです。とても分かりやすいです。
ヤンヤンさんのキャラクターやツッコミも毎回楽しいです。
樋口さんが現代の身近なもの（株式会社など）にたとえて説明してくださるところも、理解しやすくて印象に残っています。
私は6年前から長崎市に住んでいます。
歴史に興味を持ったことをきっかけに長崎の歴史を調べてみたのですが、鎖国時代をはじめ、とても奥深い土地だと感じました。中でもキリシタンの歴史はとても独特だと思いました。
禁教令のあと、長崎奉行所の政策の一つとして、町の人々を強制的に祭りへ参加させ、キリスト教から改宗させようとしたそうです。その祭りが、今も約400年続いていると知り、驚きました。

別のポッドキャストでおすすめされていたのをきっかけに聞き始めました。
徹底的なリサーチに基づいて、物事の背景からじっくりしっかり説明してくださるので、全く知らなかった世界への解像度がグッと高まり、すっかりお気に入りになってしまいました。
いまでは毎日の通勤のお供に欠かさず聞いています。
バックナンバーを遡るように聞き進めていますが、特にリンカン、項羽と劉邦、伊藤野枝がとても面白かったです。
もしリクエストできるなら、いつかアイヌと北海道の歴史についても取り上げていただけたら嬉しく思います。
これからも楽しみにしています。

若い頃、歴史が苦手だった。年代や王の名を丸覚えすることに意味を感じず意欲が沸かなかった…。Youtubeで多くの塾講師chを見て大人になって歴史の面白さを知り、他の歴史解説コンテンツをいくつか見て、ここのたどり着いた。あらゆる面でコテンラジオがダントツだった。（その次がゆる言語学ラジオ）。早く観ればよかった。
主に音声だけ。なのに、個性が違う3司会による解説がすごく効いてて絵が浮かび上がるようだ。
歴史ものSNSにはフェイクや陰謀路で溢れている…その方が面白がられ収益があるからだろう。コテンラジオにはそんな不誠実さはない。引用文献も紹介されて論文レベル…固くならないよう無邪気なツッコミ司会、その次に分析司会、被せて学者声の司会がその場を知的にまとめ、ジワる。このパターンが素晴らしい。
ニコラテスラからハマったが、面白くて、過去音声も漁っている。若い時に出会ってればどれほど人生変わっただろう。
