結論.自分では面白くないと思った回がやたらウケて、自信作が外れることは珍しくない。作り手の感覚は社会の2歩先に行きがちで、面白さはどうせ噛み合わない。面白い回だけ出す人は更新が止まり、駄作でも出し続けた人が最後まで立っている。

結論.思わせぶりなタイトルは、親指ひとつで次に行ける今だと待ってもらえない。人気のコント動画はタイトルで設定を説明しきったうえで、演技で期待を超えてくる。ポッドキャストは答え合わせに30分かかるから、先に結論まで言ってしまった方がいいのでは。

結論.別の番組で話した政治のテーマを、当時のメモだけ頼りにMCを替えてもう一度話す実験。序盤は「分かんない」の連発で話の流れも別物になったのに、着地は元の回と同じ「解像度」の話だった。MCが替わっても、同じ番組は作れてしまうのかも。
