結論.ポッドキャストのLINEスタンプは、可愛くて広まるやつより、内輪ネタを詰めた「リスナーが作るやつ」の方が面白い。使うこと自体が「ここの仲間だよね」の合言葉になるから、番組はミームが生まれてから作ってもらえばいいのでは。

結論.スベった空気も、10万円の無駄遣いも、1人も聞いてないポッドキャストも、よく考えると無駄じゃない。面白がるのも才能じゃなくてテクニックなので、本当におもんないものって、この世にないんじゃないか。

結論.毎回おもしろい番組は、むしろ胃もたれする。クオリティは生活レベルと同じで、一度上げると下げられない。だからわざとハズレ回を作った方がいいし、数字を追いかけると本来やりたいことから外れていく。そもそも他人の番組は、完コピしてもなぜかおもしろくならない。結局、聴いてるのは内容じゃなくて二人の関係性なんだと思う。

結論.無個性を突き詰めて円になったり、5秒で殴り書きしたものをそのまま使ったり。ロゴって、図形そのものより「どうやって作ったか」に意味がこもってる。なのに、自分たちのロゴがいちばん決められないんですよね。
