3試著調整速度，讓目光由一物緩緩移向另一物時，維持約略等長的間隔。4別讓視線移動的間隔特別長或特別短，盡量全程都維持均勻的節奏。5你看到的東西本身並不重要：。6當你給目光所及之物同等的注意力和同樣長的時間時，就在教自己這一點。7這是學習賦予所有外在事物同等價值的第一步。
兄長特別提到等同的速度跟等同的時間，是要我們不要有分別心嗎？

時間只是看起來朝著某一方向推進,但當你抵達盡頭時,過去的時間會向你身後那條漫長的地毯,瞬間捲起而消失於無形。
