適度な汗は体温調節やデトックスに有効ですが、気虚タイプの場合、発汗によって水分や電解質が失われ、体を冷やすためのエネルギーを過剰に消費することで「エネルギー切れ」を起こしてしまいます。このタイプはタンパク質不足で筋肉量が少ない傾向があり、毛穴を引き締める力も弱いため、少し動いただけで必要以上に汗が漏れ出てしまう「汗っかき」が多いのも特徴です。
