你是否也曾在毫無預期的情況下走進劇場，卻在笑聲與掌聲交織之中，把煩惱悄悄留在門外？這一次，新生1號劇團正式進駐大稻埕的思劇場，帶來一連串充滿火花的即興演出。同時更邀請北部多個即興劇團輪番登場，共同打造屬於即興劇人的舞台盛會。每個月最後一週，都是創意與默契的大集合，場場皆是獨一無二的現場體驗。即興劇最動人的魅力，在於真誠而即時的回應。沒有預設台詞，沒有重來機會，只有全神貫注的聆聽與毫不猶豫的接球。每一次互動都充滿未知與可能，在笑聲之中釋放壓力，在當下裡找到共鳴，悄悄為心注入溫柔的力量。
面對摯愛離世，身邊的人總勸你：「時間會沖淡一切」、「你要學會放下」、「趕快走出來」，但為什麼聽了這些話，心裡卻感到更加孤單與自責？本集我們特別邀請蔡幸紋心理師帶我們深入導讀《重新建立依附：哀傷治療的新技術》這本書，讓我們對「悲傷」有重新的認知，我們可以健康的哀傷，不是要切斷與逝者的關係，而是重新定義這份關係。
在每個人的生命中，都可能藏著一處尚未癒合的傷。創傷知情，不是追問過去的細節，而是在當下多給一點理解與溫柔。
我們學會放慢語氣、尊重界線，知道有些沉默不是疏離，而是正在努力撐住。當一個人情緒波動、反應強烈，或選擇退後，並非刻意為難，而是心與身體在提醒曾經受過傷。
