什么是禅定？禅定有没有次第？禅定和觉的关系是什么？如何快速入定？
禅定是“觉”进入稳定的状态，可以按种类和次第归类。
从次第上来讲，总体是从散乱到不散乱。
针对不同的人，给予不一样的方法去“观”，例如水，火，光等等，目的是一样得，主要是体会到稳定的觉。
禅即觉，佛，心，这些字都差不多。
关于入定快速的方法，我的经验是央金歌舞法，但是其他人也有其他的方法，例如练习呼吸。
并不是有适度的情欲就无法入定。
