什么是禅定？禅定有没有次第？禅定和觉的关系是什么？如何快速入定？
禅定是“觉”进入稳定的状态，可以按种类和次第归类。
从次第上来讲，总体是从散乱到不散乱。
针对不同的人，给予不一样的方法去“观”，例如水，火，光等等，目的是一样得，主要是体会到稳定的觉。
禅即觉，佛，心，这些字都差不多。
关于入定快速的方法，我的经验是央金歌舞法，但是其他人也有其他的方法，例如练习呼吸。
并不是有适度的情欲就无法入定。

# 我们现在有点是在太平盛世里面，其实儒家的思想如果真正能够推广的话，大家是会过得蛮开心的。因为有一种礼法可以遵循，当然不是所有繁文缛节，每个都照古代来抄，那是不行，基本上都需要有现代的解释。儒家有很多观念是很好的，尤其我觉得孝顺的观念，家庭的观念，一些仁爱之心，我觉得都是很好的。

每个家庭的亲子关系都不一样，所以很难有一个统一的标准的答案。
但有几个基础可能是一样的，例如，
亲子关系稳定，孩子有安全感有信任；
不在孩子有情绪的时候进行说教；
成人自己能觉察和掌控自己的情绪变化，不在情绪中教育孩子。
