不要被自动导航模式把自己拉进去一个无法停止思维的状态，多练习觉，先稳定自己。

问：跳“觉之舞”时眼泪甩出来是不是消业？
答：“业”是一切活动都会被记录。在生活中强忍，让原本流畅的能量变成了固体、气体，堆积在身体中，而一旦在修行中释放出来，比如有人流泪，有人大笑，其实是在排掉身体不舒服的东西，是在调理自己的身心。关键是还要能控制自己，觉察到自己。
