Great interviews. As an aspiring creator sometimes the content is too good that it makes me feel bad about myself. Other than that it’s amazing.
After listening to the pod, it’s expanded my knowledge in areas new to me. Dillan is well prepared with questions that make people comfortable to open up. It is obvious as you listen that Dillan is truly interested in what they have to share. His approach feels more like friends having a conversation yet subtly well structured.
The guests are always interesting and Dillan has a great ability to keep the conversation engaging and flowing nicely. I learn something every time I listen! Love it!
