  • My all-time favorite

I’ve been listening to parenting podcasts for several years now, and this was the first one I started with — and it's the one I always come back to! Jen covers such a wide range of topics that there’s almost always an episode that speaks to my questions. The podcast is often thought-provoking, and even when I don’t fully agree with an episode, it still helps me reflect on my own perspectives and adjust (or not) my parenting accordingly.

  • This show.

Love it and Jen’s valuable work in all things parenting. Relevant, ever filled with simple strategies to parent in alignment with my values AND sometimes staggering perspective on how to shift patterns/improve family dynamics. Unequivocally my go-to. Must-listen.

  • Transformative!

I’ve been listening to YPM for years now and it has been helpful for the issues specific to each episode, but even more so, as I’ve started to "get" the approach used by Jen, my lens has changed and my parenting has transformed. I’m now feeling confident in my choices and competent has a parent, and I have a framework for when we encounter challenges. And my relationship with my daughter is strong and beautiful!
