As someone planning to major in nutrition, I have a lot of respect and appreciation for Dr. Chavez after listening to his podcast for the last few weeks. There is hardly anyone in the media like him with what has seemed like genuine desire to help the public know the truth about nutrition. So far it has been clear to me that he’s not doing this podcast to make money but just wants to offer research backed applicable information. Very well done and much appreciated Dr. Chavez!
It is so hard these days to know what to believe so it’s so refreshing to get factual information around health and fitness from someone who is actually educated in the field. Great content!
I love how Adrian's podcast teaches us about how what we eat can impact us without making you feel afraid of food like some other people in the field (Dr. Greger) do. I would greatly appreciate an episode going over how the body uses different forms of energy for different forms of exercise/movement, and if you could answer my question, is it okay to exercise in the morning regularly if it causes you to wake up with slightly elevated blood sugar?
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who’s always looking for podcasts I can direct my clients to, and this is one of my favorite new finds. Appreciate the breakdown of the science and practical advice. Will definitely direct my clients to this content as a supplement to their sessions with me. Thanks!

I love that he’s willing to call out bad actors in this space, not in a vitriolic way, but not mincing words or tiptoeing either. I’ve learned so much from these episodes, and shared them with lots of folks. I also really appreciate the near-absence of ads, b... more
