  • Casual Conversation

Dr Chavez is like having a friend who studied nutrition…he’s knowledgeable but not condescending, enthusiastic but not pushy, and friendly with a touch of nerdiness. I like his podcast because he provides good quality information on current topics in an organized but casual way. I find that it’s a good accountability tool for me to just stop by and listen every once in a while to check in.
