The hosts talk like teens. There are constant interruptions. There isn’t any useful information provided.
This podcast is terrible. The hosts are uninformed and obnoxious. Hard to even listen to their voices. Could not recommend less.
The podcast has a some interesting content, but I found it tough to follow at times because the host relies heavily on filler word “like” and swears more often than necessary. A bit more polish and tighter delivery would really let the ideas shine.
Zoë and Kylee are amazing and I love the no nonsense science backed discussions on nutrition. Whether you’re an endurance athlete or just need some help with nutrition, this is the perfect place to start. Huzzah
Just listened to the carnivore episode and funny how they “deconstruct” diets (horrible work in some of the “facts” about carnivores by the way) and I just find it weird that there hasn’t been an episode on Vegan or Vegetarian diets (speaking of elimination and stupid diets XD) which makes me wonder…anyways, one star because if you’re going to be flying a flag in particular (YDS flag) then you should really do that for all the diets.
