  • The Absolute Best Place on the Internet

14/10 Absolutely recommend. Your ADHD Besties is a safe, educational, fun, silly, serious, kind and WONDERFUL place for ADHDers, AuDHDers, and anyone who knows or loves a neurodivergent b(rain)abe. It makes me laugh and cry, and speak in terrible cliches, but most importantly it has taught me to love my neurodivergent brain, helped me to reframe my uniqueness with kindness and understanding. I use much kinder language with myself now, and I understand myself so much better.

And the theme song ... more

  • Wait, it’s not just me?

As a recently diagnosed ADHDer, listening to this podcast has been eye opening. There are some things they describe and it’s the first time I realize that thinking that way is ADHD, and the normals don’t struggle with those thoughts. Every episode I learn something new, and I am able to get language to be able to describe my struggles to my normal brained husband, which has been ground breaking for our home.

  • So entertaining!

These two are funny, relatable, down to earth people showing us adhd can be a superpower! Their content is thoughtful, focused on their audience, and they always show and preach compassion.

Honestly, I was worried this would be another adhd podcast that might make me overthink and not be enjoyable..BUT, these two are different! I always learn or understand something new, feel seen and get a good laugh! Highly recommend!

  • Quickly became my favorite podcast

These two are hilarious but I think why I find them so funny is the fact that Grace and Tara so relatable. 🤣 I’ve never left a review before nor have I purchased a podcast subscription but I truly can’t get enough of these two. I learn and laugh so much during each episode while feeling so seen. ♥️ Keep up the good work! With love from the northern hemisphere, Stephanie Ellis-Martin
