Dycus and Eli make listening to reviews of my favorite show as a kid funny and entertaining. I’ve been upset for years that my favorite AYAOTD podcast was over, but they’re back after six years; and I couldn’t be happier. I loved their episode on Cry Baby Lane too, and I hope they continue Nick News. Can you guys set up an email, so fans of the show can write in?
I feel like I always find great podcast when the end or right when they are about to. Wish I had been apart of the ride from the begging but happy I can binge this all now! Do you guys do another podcast now?
Great most detailed AYAOTD podcast I have listened too..: and I’ve tried about 4 or 5 😅
I’m bummed that I only discovered this podcast about a month ago. This was such a joy to listen to. Eli and Dycus are an amazing pair and they really do a great job of breaking down episodes. The use of original music and awesome commercials just make it perfect. The only podcast to review all 94 episodes with so many other great bonus episodes too. Buckle in and enjoy the ride.
David and Eli, I reach across the internet to commend you on creating the perfect companion to one of my favorite shows ever made. Once I discovered this podcast, I could no longer rewatch episodes without hearing what the two of you had to say immediately afterward. There are pretenders to the Stone Throne, but THIS is the only AYAOTD podcast you’ll ever need. Godspeed, gentlemen, and don’t you dare stop podcasting.
I wasn’t expecting much, since I am still relatively new to listening to podcasts, but man I’m glad my expectations were blasted right out of the water! David and Eli seem like the kind of guys I’d hang out with at college when I had nothing better to do than shoot the breeze about AYAOTD. What’s great about their episodes aren’t the tale descriptions or even the excellent editing, but the poise and passion that gives life to their conversations. After listening to the first couple of their epis... more
