今回は、いよいよ四男の出産・立ち会いエピソード！
実は僕、長男の時はコロナ禍で立ち会えず、次男・三男は無痛＆和痛分娩だったから、自然分娩を最初から最後までガッツリ見守るのは今回が初めてだったんだ。
長男の出産時、妻が気を利かせて録音してくれていた出産の音声を聞いて、ハッとしました。「ここはプロの現場だ！」って。
だから僕の目標は「助産師さんと妻の邪魔だけはしないこと」に決定（笑）。

今回は、3月末に無事産まれた四男の出産エピソード！
「女の子だったら『もかちゃん』だったな〜」なんて話もありつつ、我が家の伝統である「巨木」にまつわる名前をプレゼントしたよ。
これで、つけたろう家とクバ家の子どもは合計9人に（笑）。ついに野球チームが結成できちゃうね！

今回は車の買い替えエピソード！
今まで乗っていたシエンタも凄くよかったんだけど、子どもたちが大きくなって後部座席がギュウギュウに…。
隣同士でくっついて座ると、すぐに喧嘩が始まって車内が大惨事だったんだよね。
でも、新車のステップワゴンは2列目が独立したキャプテンシート！
物理的に距離ができるから、子どもたちの小競り合いが見事になくなって、車内がめちゃくちゃ平和になったよ〜！

今回は、作り置き初心者にも嬉しい「つけたろうの作り置き講座」第2弾！
前回の「水滴に注意」に続いて、作り置きを長持ちさせる最大の鉄則は「水分を極限まで飛ばす」ことなんだって！
例えば、ほうれん草などの葉物野菜は、茹でたあとに親の仇みたいにギュウギュウに水気を絞るのが大事。
水分が残っているとすぐに傷んじゃうし、お浸しにしても味がぼやけちゃうんだよね。

今回は、クバくんみたいな作り置き初心者のパパママ必聴！「つけたろうの作り置き講座」第1弾だよ！
クバ家は作り置きを全然しないから冷蔵庫はスッカスカなんだけど、つけたろうは休日にコンテナタッパー十数個分の作り置きを一気に仕込んでるんだって。
オーブンで水気を飛ばす大根の漬物とか、聞いてるだけで美味しそう…！
