嘉茵 | 癌症療癒、身心康健、心靈淨化身為第四期乳癌的病人，我的生活品質真的無法抱怨，能吃能睡、能煮飯做家事、能跟孩子跳舞唱歌畫畫說故事、跟老公一起錄youtube、還能中氣十足的罵小孩...。我經常覺得上天特別厚愛我，也經常為著自己沒有疼痛不適之感而感恩。 從2015年罹癌到現在，我陸續記錄了不少治療的過程和心情的轉換，有朋友建議我出書，但我總覺得應該要等到完全徹底康復才有資格。直到有天，一位長者提醒我，我的現況是許多癌症病人夢寐以求的——身體上無痛苦、心理上無恐懼。這一路以來的心得與領悟，難道沒有價值嗎？ 我思考了好幾個月。確實啊！與癌症和平共存（而非擊敗消滅癌症）是許多癌友需要接受的結果。在這樣的前提之下，我的經驗也許能夠鼓舞、支持到徬徨無助的癌友或家屬。何況比起努力地想徹底痊癒，還不如思考如何讓生活自在、精彩、有意義、有樂趣...。 所以我決定透過Podcast述說癌症治療的經歷，同時也會分享我認為有助益的心靈書籍，以... more
