因為是個人偏好，所以還是給五星。但感覺…自從頻道改名開始後，節目內容也少了之前的樣貌。雖然只是我個人的意見，但還是會覺得有點可惜。因為可能很大一部分早期觀眾，都是為了心理學相關議題、每週穩定更新這些因素而關注頻道。可以理解主持人有想要轉型，做些新花樣，不過還是比較懷念之前的議題跟風格

兩個月前的今天，剛好是錄音的日子。反覆重聽最終的成品，我真的好喜歡！有很多感受、情緒和記憶，其實已經慢慢變淡，能夠透過podcast 把它們保存下來，真的很寶貴！
阿寶是個很棒的對談者，他的傾聽、同理和觀察，為我的陳述賦予更多意義，指引我看見原本忽略的細節，帶給我未曾意識到的觀點。
不過，我也好想知道別人聽了這兩集節目後，有什麼想法和感覺。
我今天諮商的時候，跟我的心理師說，如果把我們的諮商錄下來，聽起來會是什麼樣子？他露出有趣的燦笑說：「對啊！會是什麼樣子呢？」
