コーヒーを本格的に飲み始めたのは、ある人から影響されてからなのですが、そこから自分で焙煎するまでになりました。
そこから下火期間に入り、焙煎をしなくなっていたのですが、このポッドキャストを発見して聴き始めてから、またコーヒーに対する熱が後藤さんに影響されて上がってきました。
スペシャリティコーヒーというものを最近まで自分の思い込みから避けていたのですが、後藤さんの説明を聴いてから、ちゃんとスペシャリティコーヒーを飲むようになりました。
自分は旭川に住んでいて、たまに札幌に行く機会があるので、その時は丸美珈琲にお邪魔しようと思います。
