2025年8月の後半、当店の焙煎機に不具合が発生して通常の焙煎ができない期間が2週間ほどありました。
これまでこういったケースはなかったため、かなり特殊な期間となりましたが、その間に他の焙煎機を使うなどして、いつもと違う焙煎環境を体験することができました。
今回はやや特別編という感じですが、その特殊な期間に感じたことや気付いたことをまとめておこうと思います。

今回は、僕が今までにメインで使ってきたコーヒー器具の移り変わりを紹介します。
今も昔もメインになっている抽出はハンドドリップですので、今回はドリッパー、ミル、ドリップポットについて初めて手に入れたものから、現在使っているもの、なぜ切り替えたのかについてお話しています。
