慈心華德福學校純淑創辦人說：「當我們探究三元社會的時候，如果沒有回到生活，如果沒有回應到我們工作的介面，認為只有我能夠想得到、做得到，別人都不好、別人都不懂，那仍舊是精英時代的思維。最低的限度就是我不能夠要求別人，我還是可以做我自己，且整體的利益在個人之上。」
在這片土地上我們以辦學做為邁向自由、健康社會的種子，將華德福教育在台灣本土化實踐的時空裡，以包容開放的意識心與人彼此學習與相互看見，期盼有道德勇氣與承擔力的成熟社群，這也是新世代社群必須學習的功課。

在說起那自身童年深刻的記憶故事的開始，純淑老師邀約現場的社群家長們可以寫下來一些想法，包含「希望我的孩子在這學校獲得什麼能力？」、「我對孩子的未來有什麼期待？」、「孩子成長的階段，我在哪裡？」
「當年想做公辦民營學校時，全部的人都不贊成，說一定不能跟政府有關，全世界華德福學校都不想跟政府打交道….」。但是，我們的初衷是希望孩子可以對大人有更多的信任啊！我們不是想要移除孩子眼前沒有必要的，我希望父母童年辛苦的階段不要再重演在我們的下一代，我相信一定有一群家長是真心的想為孩子選擇。

慈心高中學生自組的C-X戲劇團榮獲第廿五屆花樣戲劇節全國第一，雖然成果優異，不過我們並不只是想要談第一名這件事情，我們想聊聊這一路以來的心路歷程。謝謝五位同學乃葳、宥羚、詩孟、惟敬與柏憲與大家很真的分享。
