關於小學生五年級的習得無助感。謝謝兩位主持人讓心力交瘁的媽媽獲得重新穩定的機會。 我是一個三寶嗎 老大五年級，三個孩子因為年齡相近。只要在家的時間總是很難安靜下來各自安靜寫功課或是閱讀。 老大則是可能第一胎的原因，一開始我可能介入學習太多，現在已有有感到每次和他要討論功課他就會各種理由上廁所 玩筆 喝水 或是不正眼和我討論功課。甚至會躺在床上與我保持距離，用聽的方式聽我說話或提醒要注意小心的地方。
當我聽了黃醫師的「習得無助感」我覺得他可能就是有這樣的結果。那我現在可以怎麼做重新扭轉這樣的關係。我不希望這樣的模式成為制約模式。我已經在努力了。但效果不彰。對於功課變得不上心，想盡速完成 沒帶功課回家。也很不願意主動進房間複習功課。最後總是變成要我坐旁邊陪他一起複習才能完成（但高年級似乎不應該這樣）
而且也因而減少了四年級 一年級的弟妹度陪伴。
請問已經有習得無助感 或是缺少動機 身為媽媽我還能怎麼做呢？
