感謝寧夏璐的陪伴，讓我在育兒的路上得到好多的同理收穫。最近我們有了一個養貓的念頭，覺得貓咪的陪伴很能夠增加家庭之間的感情。但因為家裡兩個孩子都是過敏兒童，在養貓之前先做了過敏原篩檢。結果發現總Ige 都超標，其中一個小孩對塵蟎是class 6的過敏，有跟著醫生治療六個月，目前已經非常穩定。目前雖然沒有對寵物皮毛過敏，但醫師有提到過敏體質的貓致敏率會隨著接觸的時間上升，要我們慎重考慮。我們家爸爸非常樂觀的覺得現在沒有對貓過敏，如果未來發生了，那未來再治療就好了。但媽媽身為一個從小到大是過敏的患者，慢性鼻炎的不舒服、異位性皮膚炎的癢都經歷過，覺得這是不是需要再想一想。想請問黃醫師如果我們把目前的日常保養，例如溫度濕度控制、防塵蟎寢具、空氣清淨機、洗鼻子、勤擦保濕乳液等等都嚴格的做到了，對於養貓造成過敏症狀變嚴重的風險會降低嗎？謝謝！

身為一個帶小孩去滑雪已四年經驗的雙寶爸來分享一下經驗。去雪場建議在小孩衣服拉鏈裡面放airTag。足夠好用了！另外手機等會拿來拍照的東西一定要有防摔鏈，沒有的話要開啟可被尋找模式。否則在雪地可是常常不知不覺噴飛手機喔！

兩位主持人好～雖然我現在還不是媽媽，但有一個一直很困惑的問題想請教。
我和另一半常常會討論未來要生一個還是兩個孩子。理性上覺得如果成長過程有手足陪伴很不錯，但我自己從小到大常常感覺到父母「不公平」，即使知道他們都很愛我，也努力做到相對公平，但在成長過程中，我還是常常覺得他們比較偏愛姊姊，這也留下不少讓我很難過甚至痛苦的記憶⋯⋯
所以我會擔心，就算未來自己內心是同樣愛兩個孩子，孩子之間還是可能會感到偏心或不公平對待。但我真的很不希望自己的小孩也經歷到這樣的感受😢因此會覺得也許只生一個是最簡單的方式，但其實如果這個問題有辦法化解，我應該也是想要兩個孩子的。像這樣的擔心和想法，該怎麼看待或調整呢？謝謝你們！
