聽到人物誌訪問親子天下執行長提到媽媽也有情緒失控的時候，真的好有共鳴，好像內心深處的皺摺被溫柔地抹平了。因為身為海外育兒的全職媽媽，常常會有情緒起伏而自責的時刻，但我也很同意事後一定要找機會和孩子修復情感，並和孩子分享媽媽的狀態以及需要孩子幫忙的地方這樣的智慧。
我也想分享前陣子在哇賽心理學聽到李崇建老師要我們身為父母的跟著覆述的話「我從現在開始決定：我再也不責備自己了，哪怕是我做得不夠好，我都願意接納這樣的自己，也謝謝這樣的自己。」當時在車上聽得淚流滿面😭，希望對其他聽眾也有點幫助！

原來我也是個高敏感的人，也從節目中找到了一些離開內耗的方法。前陣子經歷人生中的低潮期，那段時間不停地自我消耗，每天像行屍走肉般地生活著，身體也接連出現狀況。
後來，我鼓起勇氣向另一半傾訴，而他的回應與陪伴，慢慢穩住了我焦慮不安的情緒。套用黃醫師分享的那句話：「這一切終將過去。」
