先聽了別的Podcast跑步節目，後來APP推薦了「先跑再說」，聽了之後就跳槽到這邊來了。 聽了一陣子，發現「先跑再說」也有臉書粉絲團，加入粉絲團後才發現原來「先跑再說」的練跑基地離我家並不遠，就是先前朋友推薦我去加入的「林口跑跑團」。 可是一方面輪班性質的我無法固定參加團練，看到團練的配速列車最慢到7:00，我本人一年前近百公斤，當時配速10:00跑5K都跑不完，現在大約90公斤，5K的配速大約跑8:00，根本也沒臉去跑團，所以一直都是聽著貴節目自己獨推，沒有課表，心裡還暗想著等我跑進7:00的配速就去參加跑團。 可是還沒破8分速就聽到「先跑再說」的第一季就要結束了，真是讓人扼腕，這麼優質又勵志，適合跑步新手的跑步節目，就這樣要寫下「逗點」，根本就是意圖使人敲碗嘛！ 寫這評論單純只是想表達我的感謝，感謝兩位主持人用心製作優質好節目；我特別喜歡「奶王」那集，對胖子我本人而言很勵志。 大未來的聲音表情很豐富有喜感，葉校長的聲音很有磁性很好聽，希望真的只是「逗點」，兩位主持人充滿電後可以再回來跟聽眾們空中相聚。

因緣際會知道大未來原來是國小同學耶！遙想30年前大未來和慈光五村另一位陳姓班長並列那時最紅的國小男神🤣 真的很帥又聰明優秀就是我對大未來的印象，可惜太晚才知道有這個podcast 但我也聽了5、6集 符合我最喜歡的勵志生活路線，期待第二季推出 推出前我會先把前面的集數補聽完😁 還有我也非常喜歡葉校長的聲音 既知性又磁性💕
