  • 聽了EP 259的我

    因為沒有抽到台北馬,又剛好聽到EP 259,索性把我的初馬獻給風景秀麗的曾文水庫馬拉松。

    但我只把重點放在完賽時間比較長,完全沒注意賽道有很多坡道…

    那些是鬼坡!!😆第一輪還能跑上去,第二輪真的好想放棄…最後幾公里看著前面的阿北想著「阿北可以我也要跟上!!」雖然比自己預計的四個半小時多了十分鐘,還是非常開心初馬是在這麼高難度的賽道完成。

    很感謝來賓跟主持人介紹曾文水庫馬拉松,讓我的初馬是沿途有大山大水與豐盛補給(居然有烤乳豬 超讚👍)的曾文水庫!還要感謝前面的阿北💖及沿路上工作人員與跑者的鼓勵💖💖

  • 最近聽後的不適感

    以前每一集都有收聽也覺得訪談內容很有趣,直到訪問台大跑班那一集,說了好幾次希望女跑者多多加入跑班,目的是讓男跑者能有聯誼跟認識女生的機會。到了最近這集雙胞胎姐妹,姐妹說紅了之後收到很多騷擾訊息,主持人對於騷擾訊息唯一的譴責居然是騷擾得不夠有誠意,其餘對於騷擾訊息的態度都是開玩笑帶過。希望主持人能理解一下女生加入跑班或是參加普通路跑活動的目的基本上都是為了健康和提升自我,很多人被騷擾後反而不敢再去原本的地方運動,如果真的帶有目的性想聯誼她們自己會去參加coffee run 這種社交性質的聚會。

  • 從椎間盤突出到超級鐵人

    我的受傷經歷

    我從 2011 年開始跑步,一開始只跑 2K。那時候跑步相關資訊還不普及,只能土法煉鋼。跑了一年後挑戰 9K 路跑並順利完賽,但當時覺得腳踝有些不適,去看復健科才發現問題其實來自下背。醫生診斷是椎間盤突出,叫我禁止跑步和騎車(偏偏我才剛買一台二手公路車),建議我游自由式當復健。

    問題是我完全不會自由式,只好上網買了一片教學 DVD 自學。沒想到練了一個月後,竟然能一口氣游完 1500 公尺!這段期間我也持續做復健與肌力訓練,幾個月後椎間盤突出狀況明顯改善。剛好妹妹和朋友要組鐵人接力找人游泳,我就順勢參加並完成比賽。那一刻我突然想到:自己會跑、會騎、也會游,何不嘗試完整一場鐵人呢?

    2014 年我完成了第一場標準鐵人,2019 年更挑戰成功 226 超級鐵人和全馬破4

    從最初半馬跑了 3 小時半,到現在全馬成績已經比那時更快,這一路走了十多年。過程中受過不少傷:椎間盤突出、ITBS、夾脛症,再加上先天扁平足,但隨著網路與專業知識越來越多,我也學到很多方法。近幾年幾乎無傷,穩定進步。

    最後我最大的體會是:仔細聆聽自己身體的聲音,才能避免不必要的傷害,享受快樂運動。

    書名:跑者身體調教指南

    從小就愛運動,所以膝蓋一直有不舒服的感覺,可能是因為年輕的關係不以為意,直到5、6年前約43歲的時候開始跑步,膝蓋的問題明顯影響了跑步的節奏,後來經過幾個不同醫生的診斷,確認是髕骨韌帶發炎(跳躍膝)的問題,現在除了復健跟固定按摩外,運動前的熱身跟收操也都是我很注重的環節,相信書裡的內容對跑者認識身體有更大的幫助
