上週末陪朋友練泳渡澎湖灣,總共游了6000公尺,突破人生單次游泳距離的新高,內容總共拆成1000M暖身、2*2000M主課表、5*100M衝刺、500M緩和,過程沒有想像中的累,但下水前還是得克服對距離的恐懼感。
想要在游泳成績上突破,個人認為除了持續優化泳姿,閾值的訓練也是非常重要的,距離不一定要長,2*600M、3*400M等類似的課表內容,都是對速度來說非常有幫助的。
另外透過長距離的游泳,也可以讓身體學習如何更省力的使用身體,並且能把游泳所建立的心肺能力,轉移到其他兩個項目上。

日前奧運金牌得主Jakob Ingebrigtsen接受訪談,內容是在分享其訓練心法與跑步哲學,當中最重要的一點,建立規律且可持續的日常習慣,是提升表現的關鍵。
此外,前幾天接受志祥的訪問,最後聊到有關「訓練觀念」,讓我重新思考,有哪些是市民選手常犯的錯誤。
個人認為對自己的訓練保持信心,透過訓練過程,認識身體對強度的反應,才能在比賽中發揮出訓練的成果。

我記得小葛是軍聞社的,應該還記得李明哲吧。光看近日從周子瑜到濱崎步,飲食習慣更不用說,絕對是和食比對岸食物更讓人放心。

一定要提早到,先提醒機場計程車是不載車廂的。當時卡住很多選手,我後來是拆車廂,直接騎去函館。車廂拆解由另一人搭公車。轉換區之間也很麻煩歐。
