2026年剛開季，就「馬」上受傷，而且發生的位置還是過去不曾遇過的。雖然現在可以靠AI幫我們診斷傷勢發生的可能性，搭配上網路上豐富的影片內容，但發現兩週過去了，傷勢沒有好轉，最後終究得找專業治療師協助，期待可以盡快回歸正軌。
但腳受傷，代表可以把訓練重心轉移到游泳上面，從去年準備北海道IRONMAN，游泳的量平均一週來到12-15公里，但似乎沒有直接反應在成績上。現在則維持一週8-12K的訓練量，但把注意力更多放在動作上，盡可能的省力、有效率。

上個月，臺北馬拉松結束不到 6 小時，我坐在錄音室裡，雙腿仍清楚感受到全力拼搏後的後座力。而坐在我對面的來賓，是第二次站上臺北馬拉松起跑線的跑者，前一週才剛跑完富士山馬拉松的他，在背靠背出賽、氣候並不完美的情況下，依然跑出 2:42 的成績，實在令人佩服。

國際田徑總會以保護青少年運動員發育為由，針對U18選手參賽項目有嚴格限制(不只有馬拉松項目)，對於骨骼發育尚未完善的孩童來說，避免過早參與馬拉松這樣的專項耐力項目，除了可能影響身體發展，從心理的角度出發，對孩子“可能”也是一種壓力。
但問題來了—
青少年真的不能提早專項訓練嗎？真的必須全面禁止跑馬拉松？
如果單純從「健康風險」來看，青少年跑馬拉松確實存在疑慮；但同樣在馬場上，月跑量不到百公里，熬夜通宵趕場來跑步，或是帶著傷痛硬要下場的跑者比起來，這些人才是救護人員眼中的高風險族群。

一定要提早到，先提醒機場計程車是不載車廂的。當時卡住很多選手，我後來是拆車廂，直接騎去函館。車廂拆解由另一人搭公車。轉換區之間也很麻煩歐。

我有個小小建議：自從您辦到台中後的錄音品質似乎跟以前不同。
句尾的加重音會爆音以及（講到四聲字尾）吐氣尾空氣撞到麥克風會產生突然轟的一聲。
使用入耳式或在車上密閉空間時聆聽會比較不舒服。
您的內容可以奉上五星絕對沒問題👍
