第一次見到闆娘是在去年11月UP舉辦的Run 99活動中，我們被安排在同一集團的配速列車，彼此在跑步成績相近，平時也都會在訓練台上也固定收看不停腳的課表內容作為參考。從旁觀察闆娘的跑姿，流暢穩定，幾乎就是菁英選手的等級。
今年1月登版的大阪國際女子馬拉松，共有7位台灣選手參賽，連續兩年，闆娘與百傑好友逸寧、佳玫一同挑戰這場高門檻的菁英賽事，最終以2:58:19完賽，將個人最佳再往前突破”1秒鐘”，對一個三位孩子的媽咪來說，這樣的表現已經是傾盡全力、毫無遺憾。

《鐵腿》從2020製播節目已經超過五年，從EP200集開始，加入了定期定額贊助節目方案，當然回饋給聽眾的禮品更是不會少。只要在3月底前加入113或226計畫，我還會另外提供Plasmaide補給品以及UP能量果膠，簡單來說，就絕對是賺。
這些收入，有一部分是拿來提升製作節目品質，像是有來賓時，外租借錄音室也是一筆開銷，平常剪輯reels精華也要花費時間，最重要的，是我想把這些收入，創造更大的影響力，因為在台灣耐力運動成績已經很久沒有突破，我覺得身為一個自媒體，有能力把這件事情做得更好。

三年前，在朋友的推薦下，每週一早上在訓練台上收看雷哥的頻道，變成一種日常。沒有過多的後製剪輯，輕鬆的背景音樂，配上雷哥在旅途中吐露內心的想法，實在很難不被如此草根性極強的影片給吸引。
3年前剛好碰上工作轉換的雷哥，選擇在新工作前的空檔，飛到日本，花了一個月的時間從東京騎經富士山、四國、九州最後在北海道札榥劃下句點。這趟3500公里的旅程，其實是雷哥第一次出國，也因為單車，讓他與日本有了更深的連結。

腳傷勢過了一個半月沒有完全康復，所以決定去「大昌物理治療」找專業的物理治療師尋求幫助，Wayne曾經在國訓中心服務，專門針對有運動習慣的病患，能夠無痛的回道場上，目前五天下來，每天都有按照治療師所給予的課表去執行，並且能夠在跑步機上完成30分鐘(6:00/km)的訓練。

一定要提早到，先提醒機場計程車是不載車廂的。當時卡住很多選手，我後來是拆車廂，直接騎去函館。車廂拆解由另一人搭公車。轉換區之間也很麻煩歐。

我有個小小建議：自從您辦到台中後的錄音品質似乎跟以前不同。
句尾的加重音會爆音以及（講到四聲字尾）吐氣尾空氣撞到麥克風會產生突然轟的一聲。
使用入耳式或在車上密閉空間時聆聽會比較不舒服。
您的內容可以奉上五星絕對沒問題👍
