這趟日本單車縱貫之旅，在我腦中至少盤算了超過3年，當一個目標有被實踐的機會，我絕對會想辦法踏出那一步，畢竟人生只有三萬多天，不趁還有體力的時候去體驗人生，要等到哪時候呢？
機會不是給準備好的人，而是給有行動力的人。

成功的背後，靠的是在訓練中保持熱情，高中的博智，在田徑隊的表現並不突出，但他並沒有就此淡出耐力運動的圈子，而選擇另闢一條道路：鐵人三項。
這條路並不輕鬆，光是第一個項目—游泳，就必須投入比別人更多的努力，因此，博智的三鐵生涯初期，都圍繞在113的中距離項目，直到2024年才開始加入226的行列，並在隔年的Challenge Taiwan，以9:15:35拿下冠軍。

在2026澎湖IRONMAN奪下全場冠軍的博智，從游泳上岸一路追擊，不放棄的精神，感動場邊與線上不斷刷成績的觀眾，在終點用「Dial in」的手勢，告訴大家他全力以赴、毫無保留，第一名的榮耀，值得被留在台灣。
今年農曆年前，博智特地飛到普吉島進行移地訓練，每天起床睜開眼只有兩個選擇，不是騎車就是游泳。中午休息過後，下午再接一餐，普吉島的生活，像是進入到七龍珠的精神時光屋，一週的訓練時數長達25小時，刷新了生涯新高。

一定要提早到，先提醒機場計程車是不載車廂的。當時卡住很多選手，我後來是拆車廂，直接騎去函館。車廂拆解由另一人搭公車。轉換區之間也很麻煩歐。

我有個小小建議：自從您辦到台中後的錄音品質似乎跟以前不同。
句尾的加重音會爆音以及（講到四聲字尾）吐氣尾空氣撞到麥克風會產生突然轟的一聲。
使用入耳式或在車上密閉空間時聆聽會比較不舒服。
您的內容可以奉上五星絕對沒問題👍
