在T100的賽程規劃中，分齡組選手能有機會近距離觀賞世界級的舞台，我手上握著insta360，看著Lucy、Kate、Hayden上岸用3分速衝到轉換區，沒有任何的拖泥帶水，能在如此高張力的賽事旁加油吶喊，也算是滿足粉絲的小小心願。

草屯囝仔主唱的阿倉（李明倉），上個月在FXT比賽中，以第19名的成績完賽。隔天一早，還趕場去參加南北貳路音樂節的彩排，可以看到無論是在鐵人三項，還是音樂的路上，阿倉始終全力以赴。
為了能夠順利登頂，阿倉在今年普悠瑪比賽結束後，找了承泰當作教練，半年的時間，游泳成績從 1小時35分進步到1小時19分，而這樣的蛻變，來自於每週 20 小時訓練，一點一滴堆疊起來的成果。

我有個小小建議：自從您辦到台中後的錄音品質似乎跟以前不同。
句尾的加重音會爆音以及（講到四聲字尾）吐氣尾空氣撞到麥克風會產生突然轟的一聲。
使用入耳式或在車上密閉空間時聆聽會比較不舒服。
您的內容可以奉上五星絕對沒問題👍
