有時候，快樂像浪花般閃爍，只能短暫停留；真正揮之不去的，往往是遺憾的重量。
回到台灣已經超過一週，日常逐漸恢復，但腦海裡的畫面卻依舊停留在比賽的現場。掙扎了許久，才逼迫自己沈澱下來，整理成文字，睽違3年後再次向226發出挑戰，我以為自己已經準備好，卻又在賽道上被狠狠教訓了一番，挫折，永遠是耐力運動迷人的地方。
接到國旗，繞過最後一個轉角，北海道的午後陽光正灑落在賽道上，顯得特別溫暖，但在終點的那一刻，感受不到任何的情緒，不斷在反思到底還有哪裡沒做好，過去五個月，每一天，每一次訓練的時刻，掙扎... more
距離比賽剩下約兩週的時間，終於完成了本次週期訓練，最辛苦也最漫長的三週，我的巔峰期課表總共安排三週，每週約18-20小時。
🏊 游泳：
在賽前最後一個月，每週我會安排一次穿著防寒衣練習，
要在賽前一個月再進步是相對困難的，所以維持水感與耐力，更輕鬆的完成3.8公里的游泳。
🚴 自行車：
一週當中兩個最重要的課表，分別是週二早上SST訓練，主課表內容約在1.5小時，搭配晚上跑步間歇一起服用，類似挪威Double Threshold的運用；週六長距離主要是3*1hr@比賽瓦數，這個... more
距離北海道IRONMAN倒數27天，上週開始迎來巔峰期的課表，說實在練到現在，已經開始會對訓練產生不小的排斥感，內心只祈求比賽能快點到來，基本上，這樣的狀態，就像是走在鋼索上，相信只要有全心投入一場賽事的人，一定都會產生相同的感覺。
上週四楊柳颱風剛離境，所以田徑場的風勢不小，沒想到就在跑完課表後的隔天，開始出現小感冒的症狀，身體微恙不得不讓訓練停擺，內心也會擔心課表，沒有達成百分之百的執行率，但站在健康面前，完美主義者還是得低下頭。

最近在Threads上面看到，8/2在國體大所舉辦的「競技運動科學演變與展望」，當中問到了在未來，AI是否可以取代教練工作，從何立安博士的分享中他提到，AI從任何專業術語來說，它絕對會迎頭趕上，但有一點是AI永遠無法取代的，就是我們真實的生活經歷。
這段分享對我來說，似乎完全說到自己的心坎裡面，其實大部分的學生，或是從事運動的選手而言，太在意課表本身，甚至會好奇到底成績突出的選手，都在練哪些內容，但我們應該要去了解的，其實是這些選手是如何看待自己的訓練，在訓練之餘的時間在做什麼。

我有個小小建議：自從您辦到台中後的錄音品質似乎跟以前不同。
句尾的加重音會爆音以及（講到四聲字尾）吐氣尾空氣撞到麥克風會產生突然轟的一聲。
使用入耳式或在車上密閉空間時聆聽會比較不舒服。
您的內容可以奉上五星絕對沒問題👍
