這一集我們又約到了一位鐵人三項的國手，在許多的短距離賽事，她總是橫掃凸臺，她也代表臺灣征戰了許多奧運距離的比賽，張綺文。
綺文分享了她的運動員背景、轉型為運動教練的過程，兼任線上選手的過程。除了平時要上班之外，目前也是跟國外的教練配合，希望能夠在成績上面能夠突破。
這次分享了今年她在全運會的比賽經歷，比賽的過程，內容聽了還是一樣為她感到很高興，也非常恭喜他能夠榮獲后冠。
