太陽穴脹脹的，眼球快要凸出自己的眼眶，雙眼佈滿著血絲，額頭的青筋在抖動，喉嚨乾乾的有一點血的味道。把重金屬音樂調到最大聲，試著抹去心裡的放棄聲音，雙眼的注意力早就世界錦標賽影片分手，四頭肌像喪屍一樣的作功，背脊涼涼的發毛，汗水濕透了毛巾1號2號3號。突然之間，踏板不再沉重，頭皮開始呼吸到空氣。啊！原來，又完成了一個很硬的課表，剛好電臺那邊傳來。

‘’賈斯丁，玩鐵人三項的話你要知道這個人啊，他是之前自行車國手，在他也參加過Ironman 70.3世錦賽，他在二中當老師，是路上怪物，人稱小熊老師，江立堯‘’。
