先檢討自一年當中跟老婆吵過了幾次架，再來討論三鐵裝備的買賣，這一年國內國外選手的亮麗演出。當然還有我們土超鐵訓練的一些檢討與調整。再來，我們也針對聽眾的一些留言問題來做討論，最後，我們檢討了這個土砲電台，要怎麼進步。

這位小哥哥在超級鐵人這個距離是一位新秀，從前他是繁星計劃的學生，跑去好山好水的花蓮，為了就是要有一個好的訓練環境，但是時運不濟，一直都沒有成績。
在戲棚下站久了就是你的，直到最近，他兄弟連拿了好幾場超級鐵人的冠亞軍，也在2025年首度回歸的FXT極限鐵人賽，拿下了全場第四名。
我跟他也交手過蠻多次，我每次都輸，不過他是一個很有觀念的學弟，很有禮貌的年輕人。在鐵人三項訓練，用心的鑽研科學化訓練。除了現在自己當教練之外，他一樣也是努力的挑戰自我，追求卓越的成績。

我認識曉春教練的時候，他還是在BH的鐵人隊，一開始都覺得他天性浪漫，個性幽默風趣，對於鐵人也只是好玩而已，不過看書不能只看它的皮，讀起來才真的是津津有味。
曉春教練，在我們台灣的鐵人歷史上也是佔有一席之地，從最開始的台灣鐵人F4成員之一，到現在的百鐵教父。沒想到他，現主時，他大哥已經快要完成200場鐵人了，這些的一切起源都是在另一位“他大哥”引領進入這個世界，然後一直弄到現在。
他除了自己比賽之外，也從事各種不一樣的戶外活動，用來調味對於鐵人運動的熱情。自始至終，他還是在鐵人這個領域上一直打... more
這個禮拜，我們鐵人DNA的小宇宙又請到了一顆大星球，他的分享可以填補長期以來那塊缺少的DNA拼圖。這位鐵人三項教練在各大賽場上都有非常傑出的成績，人長得帥，比賽也殺，人有性格，教出的學生很傑出，今天給大家：J帥王志袁。
第一次跟他有互動，是在我們Challenge Roth德國完賽終點線，他老兄走進來的時候，眼眶泛淚，造成我眼淚潰堤，之後士官長廖斌宏也進來了終點，三個人抱在一起哭。（最後這段是我亂編，為了要能夠提高點閱率）
