劉治昀，沉默的王者，100公里全國紀錄保持人，大腳丫長跑協會雙位數的會員編號，資深馬拉松配速員，好幾個冠軍盃，嚇壞了霧沙沙。
教練是一個非常謙遜的人，因為他贏不過某人，到了世界級的賽場上，又被電炸，就是反映自己的渺小。沒有必要驕傲，或許是個性使然，不管是在跑步、家庭、待人處事，他都讓人很崇拜。
他有一套的粗暴又直接的馬拉松訓練方式，以前菜鳥的時候，教練講了東西我都不聽，現在聽了才覺得後悔，劉教在45到50歲這幾年，台北的馬拉松突破了好幾次佳績。

賈斯丁跟智群教練差不多時間開始跑步，他算是異軍突起，當時在跑步界掀起了一道旋風，他的成績一直突破，當時我們都在為了破3小時而努力，現在他已經破到不知道哪裡去了。
工程師的他，現在最佳的全程馬拉松成績是2小時37分，在2025年又創下了長名賞6小時不斷電的跑了85.43公里的紀錄，他的意志力異於常人，他跟Sam不只在教課的操場上遇到之外，他們還曾經做過很瘋狂60-70K訓練，從A點跑到B點，然後再吃個麵坐車回來，驚吶！

很可惜的一週，本來約到一位鐵人的大大前輩，不過不知道什麼原因，我就被放鳥了，直接被黑白。在極度火大的狀態下，兄弟支援，我們兩位好兄弟，一起來錄音。
游泳教練大魔王謝昇諺光臨台中，兩位也趕快找醫生，幫他們看診。大家約一約要給他好看，一起手把手，就連我住美國的姪女也去攪和。我們的結論就是，游泳技術超越一切，把動作做到精美，你就會變快。
