我們先針對這個226超級鐵人的百傑名單做討論，也跟大魔王討論一下他的一些招式，比賽前的一些準備啦，賽前最大量的建議等等。
我們也檢討了一下這次比賽的準備及我們最有興趣的，補給營養的里里摳摳，雖然我們都沒有營養學的背景，但我們很有實驗精神，拿自己來測試，找到最適合自己的方法。

蛤？什麼橋？哦，你說那個很猛的新秀，2025年底FXT第三名，在FXT之前為了拿資格，他先跑了一個初超鐵9小時10分。聽說他以前是跑步底，後來轉三鐵，一直沒開花，但直上FXT就拿下第三名，居然在2025年全運會鐵人三項又取得拿銅牌，啊！就是那一個超鐵新秀，何孟橋。
每一次只要有選手接近10個小時內，我就會特別注意跟關心。孟橋，他有一個很帥的單眼皮，跑步是他的強項，今年2026的四月，他也要參加澎湖Ironman，我希望能夠為台灣拿下一個名額。
