找來羅譽寅教練跟阿長來上節目，我們在今年的Challenge Taiwan，我追他追得好辛苦，在騎車賽段，我被他弄了，他的狀態超級好，一直維持到比賽結束，我好用力，但是還是追不到。兄弟也突破了自己的最佳成績，9小時15分17秒，以總二完賽。

今天我找來了藝人小馬哥跟他的教練楊志祥，從教練跟學生的角度，來聊小馬哥從113蛻變為226的超鐵鐵人的過程心得。
我們鐵人DNA看著小馬哥從113，一步一腳印走到226，他在2025比完113，他就公開要報名226，公告就是壓力，我為他擔心，但原來他都一直有跟國家級暖男志祥教練合作，朝著目標前進。
