Came across this somehow and I have not stopped listening since I found it. Roger keeps it simple and explains things in ways you can truly understand. Awesome listening!

Roger does an excellent job of providing the pertinent information with his “real world” insight all the while making it so much fun to listen to. I’ve learned so much from Roger starting my own business as well as what reasonable expectations may look like and how to prepare for the ups & downs.
Please keep going sir!
this is a great podcast I have learned so much from listening to you. I have actually went back and listened to this podcast for a third time
Such a great podcast that is both informative and motivational. Straightforward stuff without all the rambling tangents of many other panel woodworking shows.
