  • Unique Content

This podcast is a nice surprise. I thought it might just be a rehash of some of the topics covered by some of the other podcasts I subscribe to but they have found some unique perspectives and interviewees to make it stand out. Subscribed for sure. Nicely done.

  • Great perspective and thoroughness

I really enjoyed hearing about the global perspectives. We are focused on the US states starting to break the seal on pay transparency, but it’s important to know other countries are very far ahead. Having various experts on the topic give their perspectives is a welcome change from other podcasts where you might hear one or two people go on and on for an hour about their opinions.

  • Timely topic and great discussions

How work and the workplace are changing is such a relevant and timely topic. The podcast has very interesting guests and Cassie is a fantastic host, somehow always asking the questions I’d want to ask the guests myself!
