From Fortune 500 Leader to Purpose-Driven Coach: Lisa Baker on Unlocking Your Leadership Potential
Q: Can you describe the onboarding process for an individual seeking coaching with Ascentim?
The process starts with a complimentary consultation to assess fit, followed by choosing a coaching package, a 90-minute discovery session, and a customized coaching plan tailored to the leader's unique goals.
Governing Agentic AI: Subodh Shetty & Greg Adams
Q: Why is a horizontal governance layer necessary beyond platform-specific tools?
Because a single platform can't cover all stacks; a cross-cutting layer ensures consistent policy enforcement and safety across diverse AI environments.
Governing Agentic AI: Subodh Shetty & Greg Adams
Q: How do you navigate governance in a fast-moving space with evolving laws?
We deploy proactive, legally-aware governance frameworks and automate parts of compliance so that clients stay ahead of regulations without slowing innovation.
Joshua Altman: Shaping the Narratives That Power Brands and Federal Agencies
Q: What advice do you give to founders about on-camera presence and authenticity?
If someone isn't comfortable on camera, that discomfort can be authentic and relatable; audiences crave authenticity. You don't need Hollywood-level production—use a phone, good lighting, and clear audio to convey genuine messaging.
Joshua Altman: Shaping the Narratives That Power Brands and Federal Agencies
Q: What are your two core frameworks, and how do they help a company at the brand stage?
The first framework is story and narrative—defining what happened, the why, and what to take away; the second is the Four Languages Model—read, seen, heard, and experienced—ensuring consistency across text, visuals, audio, and environment to shape perception and trust.
