Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

About Ron Luce: Author, Poet, and Playwright
Q: What are your thoughts on the use of artificial intelligence in authorship?
He argues that AI currently lacks the depth and nuance of human writing, is often phonily structured, and cannot capture the human gestures and experiential insight that define literature, though it can assist with structure and editing.
About Ron Luce: Author, Poet, and Playwright
Q: Can we dive into your professorship and teaching background?
Ron explains that he taught for many years, valued helping students question themselves, and aimed to guide them toward the big questions rather than simply spoon-feeding information, while emphasizing the responsibility of teachers to foster genuine growth.
H.J. Chammas- Book Publishing & Authority Strategist
Q: How do you stand out in a crowded space with so many books and courses today?
Focus on researching and addressing what the target audience wants to learn, build a clear value proposition, and position the author as an authority first. Use platforms like LinkedIn to share solutions, and let the book function as a gateway to larger coaching or consulting services.
How Brent Bowers Built a 7-Figure Business Flipping Vacant Land
Q: Do you need a real estate background to start this?
Not at all. You mainly need a strong why. I didn't have a real estate license or construction experience, and I still built a scalable business by identifying in-demand land and pairing it with manufactured homes to create financing-friendly deals.
How Brent Bowers Built a 7-Figure Business Flipping Vacant Land
Q: How did you get started in land investing and what was your aha moment?
I started with land that was often landlocked or non-buildable, buying for a few hundred dollars and selling for thousands. The breakthrough came when a land deal settled at 500 down with 400 a month, showing me that recurring payments could cover major expenses and lead to financial independence.
