Erica has amazing energy and is hilarious. She is a pro at relating her life stories to business situations and outcomes. I find her episodes easy to listen and the time passes quickly because I am easily invested. This is an excellent podcast for anyone juggling kids and a career.
I adore Erica for her frank and real conversations about being a mom and pursing an ambitious working life. She aims to support and serve her audience in a way that is fun and applicable!
I'm not a mom. :) And my daughters are now adults. NEVERTHELESS, I wanted to let you know that I really enjoy Erica's podcasts. Erica is an outstanding storyteller. Her energy is contagious, her insights and advice are relatable and actionable, both on a business front and on the personal/interpersonal front. Give her a listen (and check out her website, blog, and social media, too!).
I love this podcast because Erica is real with herself, and also with you the listener. She has good ideas, and shares good stories, but she doesn’t act like she’s got it all together. She’s realistic, and it’s a breath of fresh air!
Full disclosure: I used to work alongside Erica, and she’s a good friend of mine.
Follow this girl in Insta, listen to this podcast and I dare you not to walk away feeling emboldened and educated. She makes life fun and loves to lift up others and inspire them to be brave and bold.

Episodes mix practical marketing and business strategies with personal stories about parenting, balance, and resilience, frequently featuring conversations with other working parents who are building ventures without sacrificing family time. The blend of actionable tips, real-life challenges, and faith-inspired motivation offers relatable guidance for listeners juggling career growth with home life. A notable angle is the emphasis on integrating entrepreneurship with parenting, rather than choosing one at the expense of the other, making it especially useful for new and veteran working parents seeking... more
