This podcast is so fun and actionable. I love the guests and the recommendations at the end (always fun little add-ons to elevate the running vibes). I’m in the US (Oregon) but it’s awesome how even across the world the sport of running is still the sport of running. I am a 35y.o. mom of 4 and looking to do my first big race in May with a massive PR (aiming for a 50 minute 12k). Keep up the good work gals!!
