This podcast covers every angle that trips us women up in nutrition and fitness. Dragana and Yannick explain the nuance behind the latest trends so you can stop taking an ad hoc approach and be more strategic putting all the confusing puzzle pieces together.
Some ok information but it's mostly an advertisement for coaching services. Information is geared more towards training for competitive aesthetics rather than gen. pop. fitness and often majors in the minors. Occasional mean girl energy. Cute accents though.
Most of the podcasts are about her story. Not a lot of tactical things to put to use. Titles seem interesting and the the convo doesn’t match.
