  • The best single HR/Marco Altini Podcast I’ve heard

’ve heard Marco on podcast probably a half dozen times over the past 10 years.

Your interview with him was absolutely the best. Practical, pragmatic, actionable while still including the deep dive background on HRV. Still, understandable for all audiences. Something in here for everyone!

  • Interviewer needs to shut up

I started to follow this show because a grand masters cyclist, the premise was relatable, good topics and good guests. But —- the interviewer can’t shut up and let the guests answer his questions.

The show turns into all about him and his personal concerns. It’s like he is using his show to get his show to get free, personal consultations. Listen elsewhere

Q: How do you convince these people and how do you help them train beyond these artificial boundaries that they think they have?
By promoting a mindset that you’re not too old to train hard and challenging the assumptions around aging.

Q: How can we recognize chronic inflammation?
Symptoms might not be overt, but digestive issues and fatigue can be indicators. Blood work can also help identify inflammation.
