This podcast can be better but I have to say it’s very amateurish. The constant little tongue in cheek remarks and incoherent sentences. If this podcast was transcribed you would stop reading it after a couple of paragraphs. I was so hopeful to listen to the adult ADHD episode and from someone who suffers from it I find it very irritating when there is constant little jokes made about it. I recently found the Wild Health Podcast and love all the information. Dr. Dawson and Dr. Mallin share a lot of wisdom, knowledge and actionable advice. As a functional medicine provider myself, I always learn new things that I can apply in my own practice. I highly recommend it.
