I found this podcast after discovering my husband’s betrayal, and I honestly believe it helped stabilize me. Tesa speaks in a way that feels calm, grounded, and deeply understanding of the trauma I was experiencing. She doesn’t minimize the pain, rush forgiveness, or pressure reconciliation. She explains what is happening in my nervous system, why I feel crazy some days, and how to take one steady step at a time.
As a couples therapist, I am always looking for quality resources to bolster clients’ care and healing when betrayal is part of the story. I will definitely be recommending this podcast! Thankful for Tẽsa’s holistic approach of integrating and explaining faith and science as they apply to healing from betrayal.
