I have followed Dr. Organic Mommy on ig for a few years now. I always find her incredibly knowledgeable. My go to for non toxic advice. But I have learned SO MUCH more from listening to this podcast. Natasha is such a wealth of knowledge, but is also completely non judgmental and really just like the rest of us moms doing our best. Then Emily always ask the questions I am thinking and breaks things down a little bit more, which I truly appreciate.
