  • Over-, Under-, or Just

I love the concept of this podcast! The title reminds me of 10 Things I Hate About You, when Alyssa Olyneks character asks, “Can you ever be just whelmed?” This podcast answers that question: Yes.

I also love to hear fellow middle-aged women taking up the mic! 🫶🏼

Love the playful, realness of this podcast; cause if we’re being honest, most days we are all some sort of whelmed 😅

Episode 10 - Jody Pritchard and Kristin Peck
Q: How do you fit that in?
I work out at least five days a week, and it just happens.
Episode 10 - Jody Pritchard and Kristin Peck
Q: So how do you prioritize that?
It took a while. I have, like, a morning routine that is very Tim Ferriss inspired, that is rigid.
Episode 3 - Stacie Dinwiddy
Q: How do you balance all of the professional multitasking with family responsibilities?
Stacie discusses how therapy has helped her work through the challenges and find strategies for balance.
Episode 6 - Sara Schonour
Q: Given that you have a propensity to say yes to things and strive for perfection, how do you get away from that?
I've learned to disregard my tendency toward perfection, accept that I might mess up, and embrace a more realistic approach to commitments and deadlines.
Episode 6 - Sara Schonour
Q: How did you let go of the idea of staying on the same career path?
I never had to have that moment of regret about my past experience; it was more about following my passions and evolving with what brings me excitement and joy.
