Beck Bennett and Kyle Mooney (Saturday Night Live, former roommates) started a podcast. Except, they don’t know what their podcast should be about. Maybe their guests do? Worth a shot. Let’s see if they ever find out.

the insanely cringe and unfunny square space ad has made sure i never give the actual podcast a chance.
Also came to find your podcast after hearing your grating ad elsewhere. this stinks.
I’m a huge fan of Kyle’s and have had fun getting introduced to Beck. However, I’m finding that the pod has become frustrating over the last several episodes. Recently, the episodes don’t really even get started until about 20 minutes in, then they finally introduce the guest. It feels like it takes forever to get to the meat of the show! Liked these guys enough on SNL to give this podcast a try, now several episodes in I feel like both were underutilized on SNL. Like, how did I not know you were THIS funny? Have always appreciated Kyle’s awkward humor, especially, but the way you two interact and don’t seem to hold back at all is fantastic. The episodes that I seem to like best are the ones where you know the *comedians* well. Especially loved the D’Arcy Carden episode.

Two veteran comedians host a flexible, conversation-forward show that often blends freeform banter with live-format experiments, guest pitches, and meta-reflections on their careers. Episodes frequently feature celebrity or indie-scene guests from comedy, TV, and film, with recurring segments about format pivots, sponsorships, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Listeners can expect playful camaraderie, inside-joke dynamics, and candid discussions about creative processes, collaboration, and managing audience expectations. A notable appeal is the show's willingness to test ideas in real time, invite audacious formats, and weave sponsorship reads into the humor, all while maintaining a loose, friendship-driven vibe that rewards long-time fan... more
