Q: So, for those who don't know, Clara's built something really unique in the Chief of Staff space. And maybe before we dive into the community and the definition of the role of Chief of Staff, I think it would be really interesting to hear a little bit more about your background, Clara, and sort of how you got into the startup scene and then eventually evolved into the Ask a Chief of Staff company and more on the role.
I graduated and didn't know exactly what I wanted to do, but I knew I was good at talking to people and liked helping them. I started in recruiting and eventually pivoted to a Chief of Staff role, realizing its impact on my career, which led me to build resources for this community.
