Getting knowledge from one of the best is beyond amazing! Thank you so much for sharing things that many can learn from and apply to their own training. Personally this is better than any certifications out there.

Joe Kenn: There Are No Absolutes in Strength Training (Full Episode)

That absolute or maximal strength is the sole predictor of success; in reality, effectiveness comes from sport-specific transfer, movement quality, and appropriate dosage across different athletic contexts.

Yes, introducing repeated effort training as a second day helps build competency before moving on to dynamic effort.
Implementing The Repeated Effort Method
Q: How does it tie into that? How does it help improve recovery, help improve conditioning?
Improving work capacity allows athletes to recover better and handle more training volume.
Implementing The Repeated Effort Method
Q: What's the execution? What's the thought process behind when you're doing accessory exercises?
