"I can relate to everything Jojo is saying. As a nurse in North Carolina, I have experienced a lot of discrimination. I love being a nurse, but unfortunately, the career field does not love or support people of color. It is very sad that in 2021, discrimination in the workplace is still an everyday thing. I have learned to keep my guard up now and not get close to anyone in the workplace."
