The info is fine, if you look them up on instagram, they’re clearly more strength focused guys so I wouldnt take their advice pertaining to bodybuilding but my boy! Stop cursing so much! A couple f words here and there but EVERY OTHER WORD? That’s crazy.
I started listening a few months ago, just episode by episode. Love Rob and Trent’s direct honest style that doesn’t get too cute or confusing. They’re great at extracting opinions from guests without letting them ramble. Recommending to friends for sure!
For all people interested in strength and health by training and diet.
This is the best podcast with the best information. I enjoy both Rip and BBM but Weights and Plates has taken seat #1 in my podcast rankings. Of course with any podcast I really enjoy, I wish they would release episodes more often.
I’ve always liked hearing Santana’s podcasts on Starting Strength, Barbell Logic, etc. I’m really glad he has his own show. He kind of fills the nutrition gap lacking in SS. However, he doesn’t make it so complicated and nuanced (cough barbell medicine) that you get lost and don’t know where to go.
