But really it’s kinda anoying watching some else talk for 3 third of the video when I only care about the host that’s been throw the same stuff instead of the spoiled brat of that fat girl who says she doesn’t like fat men and she’s a fat girl she also cheated from all that work she needed to do.
This podcast has been so life-changing to hear not only others who have experienced my journey, but advocates for fat folks. I have such a brighter outlook on fat acceptance and self love. And who would fall in love with the best-sounding laugh that you get to hear from the host!! Your joy is palpable!
If you're a fat person, you've been weighting 😉 for a podcast like Weight for It your whole life. Smart insightful conversations about real life issues, hosted by the amazing Ronald Young Jr. So many thoughts and vulnerabilities he discusses spoke directly to my soul and made me feel heard. I would love another season with more brilliant episodes pls!
Ronald and his guests put language to my soul in ways I haven’t been able to or in ways I haven’t been brave enough to yet. I was introduced to Ronald as the moderator of the Hot Fat Summer virtual pool party with Aubrey Gordon, Jeanie Finlay and Joy Nash. So very grateful because now I can picture the smile I hear in his voice during each episode! I’ve been tearing through season 1 this week and loving every minute.
I’m one of those people the content disclaimer at the top of every episode is meant for. Or at least I used to be. I now approach conversations about weight and eating with curiosity, empathy and strength, and that’s due in part to creators like Ronald. More of this in the world please!!
