白天維持晴朗溫暖，晚間東北季風增強迎風面局部有雨
連續好幾天台灣各地晴朗穩定的天氣，在今天(23日)晚間開始隨著新一波東北季風增強要有些改變了，白天期間台灣附近的風向就會慢慢轉為東北風到偏北風，不過水氣仍少，迎風面地區下午起雲量有增多趨勢，大致都還維持晴到多雲的天氣型態，入夜之後北方冷高壓前緣更為靠近，東北季風進一步加強，有些水氣就會隨著季風往迎風面地區移動，包括基隆北海岸、東北角，大台北東側、宜蘭還有花蓮沿海一帶逐漸會有局部短暫陣雨出現的機會，雨勢不大，但是下雨的可能性提高許多，這些地方的朋... more
