This podcast ended a few years ago, but I just discovered it in the last few months after leaving Mormonism a year ago. I loved this podcast so much and felt like it gave me a group of friends that held my hand as I figured everything out. I’m just sad that I have now listened to the last episode and there aren’t any more. Thank you all for creating this wonderful guide!
I can’t say enough how much this podcast means to me. Everyone on here creates a gentle place where I can examine what leaving the church means for me, and how I want to do about it. The topics are perfect and again, I love the gentleness!
This podcast played a big part in finding hope after I had left the church, especially when they’re is so much negativity about and in the ex-mormon world, which I now find comfort and peace in. The podcast crew is simultaneously heartfelt, light, and insightful, and you can tell they want a plurality of views represented.

The panel participants provide a variety of reasonable methods for effective coping, anticipating your own feelings and the feelings/reactions of family... more
I was raised Baptist and left the Evangelical Baptist church/movement in my 20s (20 years ago). This podcast is very relatable. I think anyone who has left a culture/lifestyle that encompassed every aspect of life will be able to relate to this, as we have the experience of losing almost everything.
