    I almost cried today finding this podcast. Ever since COVID I’ve been looking for something just like this. Currently experiencing life trauma, with a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. And listening to Helen today gave me hope and made me feel better. Can’t wait to listen to all of her episodes! Helen, thank you for creating this particular podcast.

  • This is the perfect solution.

    I love working out and meditation but I’m easily distracted. This is the perfect solution. It’s a good pace to keep you engaged and so simple. Often the walks include taking deep breathes and information about why walking is so important as she guides you through your work out.
