I almost cried today finding this podcast. Ever since COVID I’ve been looking for something just like this. Currently experiencing life trauma, with a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. And listening to Helen today gave me hope and made me feel better. Can’t wait to listen to all of her episodes! Helen, thank you for creating this particular podcast.
I love working out and meditation but I’m easily distracted. This is the perfect solution. It’s a good pace to keep you engaged and so simple. Often the walks include taking deep breathes and information about why walking is so important as she guides you through your work out.
I love my daily walks and now I feel like I have a friend and coach walking right by side me talking me through the walk, plus great conversation! I will definitely be sharing with my other friends that enjoys a good walk. Thank you so much for taking time to sharing these!
Love this!! Needed extra motivation after walking on treadmill for a year! Thank you!
Well, you don’t have to take a walk, but it’s a really good idea for a number of reasons, the most of which is the great advice you’ll get to help get your life pointed in the right direction.

A soothing, motivational fitness podcast centered on walking workouts that blend practical movement tips with mental health and mindfulness. Episodes balance quick, accessible walks with coaching on motivation, energy management, and habit formation, often drawing on personal anecdotes to normalize the struggles of starting or maintaining an exercise routine. A distinctive angle is the integration of humor and narrative—think trivia, themed walks, and “brain hacks”—to make movement feel approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable for busy listeners. A consistent emphasis on ADHD, energy fluctuations, and long-term wellbeing makes it appealing to adults seeking simple, daily ways to boost mood, focus, and health without heavy workouts.
