今回は、桑原の53歳の誕生日を祝うサプライズの舞台裏を振り返ります。

人を驚かせ、喜ばせるイベントの仕事に携わるからこそ、本気でお祝いを企画する。マックスプロデュースらしいチームの姿が見えた一日を語ります。
10月から始まる16期に向けて、組織体制や目標、戦略を考えるマックスプロデュース。
「具体的なゴールがなければ、戦略も戦術も曖昧になる」。かつては仕事も人も増える中で、どこか“なんとなく”進んでいた時期もありました。
コロナ禍をきっかけに会社の土台を見直し、組織として成果を目指す形へ。次の成長に向けて、今あらためて大切にしていることを語ります。
