いつも楽しく拝聴しています。冒頭の浅山先生の噛み芸(?)を聴くのが楽しみです笑。浅山先生のいつものお声と二宮さんの落ち着いた素敵ボイスで火曜と金曜の朝はハッピーに迎えられます。
エプピオの過去、現在、未来の話を聴くことができ、社労士事務所にとらわれない経営者としての視点が大変勉強になります。
また、職員さんが登場する回では、社労士業界にありがちな社労士の大先生と事務の人、という構図は全くなく、職員さん中心に事務所を経営していこうとする姿勢が見受けられ、数多くのお客様に愛される理由でもあるかと思います。

朝から爽快な浅山先生のお声を聞きました。合格された職員の皆さま、挑戦された皆さま、浅山先生おめでとうございます。経営者としてリアルなお悩みやご苦労を赤裸々に話されることは勇気がいること。身近に同じ悩みを持つ先生がいることに励まされ、ますます浅山ファンが増えるのではないでしょうか？
以前登場された松田様のお話は印象的でした。ビジネスライクなお2人の良い関係がラヂオを通じて伝わり聞く側も暖かい気持ちになりました。お人柄も魅力的で優秀な方だとわかりました。現在はご退職されてるとのことですが、部下力も高く当時からの浅山先生の素晴らしさがより際立ちました。
