今回は、人事労務の実務から少し視点を広げて、最近私が強く関心を持っているAI活用についてお話ししました。
中でもClaudeのデスクトップアプリを使ってみて、これまでの「文章を作ってくれるAI」とは違う段階に来ていると感じています。
既存のひな形や資料をもとに、通知書や説明文書のたたき台をかなり実務に近い形で作成してくれるため、これまで人が行っていた事務作業の一部が、大きく置き換わる可能性があります。

三六協定は「出していれば安心」ではありません。
今回の配信では、労働者代表の選び方に不備があったことで協定が無効とされ、労基法違反に問われた事例を取り上げました。
三六協定がなければ、会社は従業員に法定労働時間を超えて働かせることはできません。形式的に署名をもらうだけでは足りず、過半数代表は民主的に選出される必要があります。また、時間外割増賃金の不払いも重大なリスクです。

「裁量労働制を拡大・使いやすく」。過去何回も出ている話ですが、また、議論になりそうです。
今回は、裁量労働制の基本についてと、なぜこんなに導入が難しいのか、理解されるのが難しいのかを私なりに整理してみました。
雇用契約は、基本的に“会社に拘束される時間”に賃金を払うものですが、一方で、仕組みづくりや新しい企画のように、時間で測りにくい仕事もあります。そこを時間管理の枠組みのまま扱うと、「みなし時間」という形で辻褄を合わせることになるのではないかと思っています。

制度の説明が非常に明快。ユーモアもあり、楽しく学べる。ただひとつ、「若者の対応について」で、若者に自信がないことについて、さかんに"面白い"と発言されていましたが、当事者として"面白いこと"ではありません。
私も社会保険労務士ですが、この人は何を笑いながら解説しているんだ？という感想を抱きました。笑えねーよ。
なぜ、若者はこうなのか、社会学的背景を踏まえれば、笑われて然るべきとは思いません。

人事労務のプロだからこそ出てくる話は経営者にとっても勉強になるんですが、「でもね」の勢いの良さにいつも笑ってしまう。おすすめ
