  • Does she write the questions ?

I feel like she writes a lot of the questions herself and acts like she gets them written in. You can tell…. Other than that I get good tips from the podcast. It’s basically one big diet culture podcast though. Also.. there are ads and promos every 5 minutes. Really irritating and obnoxious. The only reason I listen to this podcast is to get motivation to fast. Also…there are a lot of editing mistakes in several episodes wrong titles, lapses of time that are silent, ads playing over interviews. ... more

  • Diet culture

This is nothing but diet culture. No different than a crummy magazine at the grocery store shilling the latest weight loss gimmick.
