    Victoria’s podcast is incredible. If you are struggling with food, body image, an eating disorder or a lack of direction in life you have got to listen. She is fiercely loving, passionate, wise, full of compassion, straight talking and she has been there. Victoria generously shares her own story, experience, learning and wisdom to give hope, practical tips and all the tools you need to find freedom with food. Her podcast is amazing and her recovery program and coaching is even better.
