  • Lived Experience

Han and Emily know what it’s like to be trapped in an eating disorder. They’re both admirably truly, fully recovered and provide incredibly helpful insights and practical tips into the recovery experience. Certainly plenty to learn from them plus they’re lovely people to boot. Easy, digestible, 15 min episodes. Good for a little boost when you need it.

Does Extreme Hunger Ever Really End?
Q: Does extreme hunger ever really end?
Yes, it ends when the body completes nutritional rehabilitation and reaches a safe energy balance; ongoing hunger can persist if the body hasn't fully healed, but with consistent nourishment and safety, the extreme hunger gradually subsides as the body restores energy and normalizes eating patterns.
