Theyāre both admirably truly, fully recovered and provide incredibly helpful insights and practical tips into the recovery experience. Certainly plenty to learn from them plus theyāre lovely people to boot. Easy, digestible, 15 min episodes. Good for a little boost when you need it.
I am a mother of two teens struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. Weāve been in recovery for 4 1/2 years. Last evening, my daughter and I listened to your most recent episode.
