This is the last half of the Introduction, laying out the case for how Western nations are sold tens of billions of dollars’ worth of supplements made mostly from industrial byproducts. (See Chapter One first, or Chapter Three next.)

I review the various types of salt, and the story out there that other countries are selling us their road salt as a health food. Do we need a lot of it? If not, why are we told sodium is so important?

Robyn! Thank you for YEARS of research and sharing with us truth regardless of the trends. The recent episodes about supplements and trendy health products have been freeing for me - like giving me permission to not have to believe everything western doctors have told us. Thank you and God bless you!
I was very interested in listening to Dr. Tyna Moore talk about GLP-1s on this show. She is one of the premier experts on GLP-1s. Listening to Robyn tear her down at every opportunity with “15 hours of googling.” interrupt her, and talk over her was embarrassing for the host of this show. I couldn’t even get through the full episode because she was such a gross example of a host. I wouldn’t trust her with any information just based on the way that she disrespects people openly. Yuck.
Episode 190 of "Vibe" with Lynne McTaggart is a testament to the podcast's dedication to exploring profound topics. The deep dive into "The Power of Group Intention Can Heal the World" was both enlightening and inspiring. Lynne's research, as presented in her book "The Power of Eight," offers a fresh perspective on the transformative potential of collective intention. The episode was further enriched by the personal insights into life in the U.K. Kudos to the "Vibe" team for consistently deliver... more
Robyn, Just curious if you are still taking any Kratom? If so, can you share the strain, dosing, etc.? I have been on and off for your years and just curious if it is still helping and how you are feeling. Thanks!
Not everyone can handle the truth, and sometimes she says things you do not want to hear. Ignorance may be bliss, but knowledge is power. Her mission is to help people, even at the expense of some of her green smoothie fans. There are many health related podcasts out there, but Robyn has her own unique take and you never know what you’ll learn! If you like her podcast, sign up for her substack. Would love to hear her interview Diane Kazer.
